The reception was very warm, the check-in was efficient and neat, and the route and parking location of the Shilin Scenic Area were actively informed. If you have any questions, you can answer them patiently. The room was cleaned meticulously, and all kinds of supplies were filled. The staff in the corridor would politely say hello. Temporary items are needed to contact the front desk, the delivery speed is very fast, and the whole process is gentle and intimate. The room is clean and quiet, the supporting facilities are complete, the intimate and thoughtful service greatly improves the stay experience, the price is outstanding, this is the first choice for travel to Chunwan, and I will choose it next time.

On rainy days, I entered the store to eat a cold ice cream and instantly dispersed the boredom. The drink supply was sufficient and there was no extra consumption. The floor-to-ceiling windows are light and transparent, and the overall environment is clean and tidy. This kind of intimate benefits is rarely achieved by hotels. The room was very clean and well-equipped, especially the faucet had a large water flow, which was very refreshing! The only drawback was that as a five-star hotel in the city, the supporting health facilities were seriously insufficient, and there was no simple table tennis room, which was disappointing😔
