Llixiaolong到了酒店是20:30，酒店是個獨立的房子，從外面完全看不出來，窗户的燈都是黑的，也沒名字，大門緊閉，找了兩圈問了邊上的商家才知道就是這裏，按門鈴沒人，衹能找電話聯繫，這期間下起了大雨，被淋透了衹能回到車上打電話，好不容易找到人給我們開了門，一進去一股黴味，裏面很安靜感覺陰森森的，果斷離開，在附近找了另外一家酒店。

VVivian tripThe hotel manager contacted me very early to the hotel, which made me feel safe. When I arrived at the hotel, the manager was already waiting. When I checked in, I explained the password and key of the downstairs door in detail, and introduced where to see the Christmas lights and attractions. The room is very large and beautiful, the neighbors are also very good during the stay, sleep quietly at night 🙂
Breakfast can be made with a variety of eggs and coffee, fruit and a variety of bread cakes are also rich.
It's a good experience.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, the facilities are good, one person is OK, not soundproof. The sound of the washing machine next door can be heard. It is estimated that I will snoring and will attract many people to scold. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a croissant, enough.

GGuest UserWe were diverted to Falconieri hotel which had only been opened 2 months. A winner. Amazing staff and fantastic amenities. Location beautiful but an uphill walk from train station, however manageable and visually stunning through the Piazza.

GGuest UserCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
