3300186****Skiing experience at Niseko Keys Hotel: warm service, luxurious rooms, and worry-free skiing in and out!
The service can be called ”the savior of skiers' needs”: the butler follows up on the equipment and routes throughout the whole process, hot drinks in the morning and warm soup at night are all available, and even the skin care details are thoughtful.
The room is a paradise for post-snow healing: the floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views face the ski slopes, the floor heating is matched with Japanese Nordic style design, the bathroom is fully equipped with anti-drying supplies, and the private balcony steams sauna to relieve fatigue directly.
The most amazing thing is the seamless connection between skiing in and out: the ski equipment room leads directly to the entrance of the ski slope, and it takes 10 seconds to reach the ski resort. After skiing, the butler will pick up the board and hand over hot towels when you return to the hotel. Novices can also directly make an appointment with the coach to teach downstairs from the room.
There is no tossing throughout the whole process, leaving time for skiing and rest, and the experience is directly maximized! Come to Niseko to ski, stay here~❄️
GGuest UserWe wrre happy with our stay at this villa. Everything was clean spacious and the service personnel was very very nice to us. We had amazing breakfast and would consider returning here again at some point in the future. The only downside is the parking if you arrive by the car, you have to park approximately 7 to 10 minutes walking distance away from the villa which can be inconvenient in case you drive to the lift and back.
CconlinleeThe best choice for those who want to see snow and play in the snow but not ski in Niseko. The hotel is very quiet. There are only 18 rooms. The room you book includes breakfast and dinner. There are ********* service staff who can speak Chinese. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you a detailed introduction to the arrangements for breakfast and dinner and hotel details. Breakfast is a 2-choice Chinese/Western set meal, and dinner has Japanese Sukiyaki/Western choices (four adults chose 2 Sukiyaki and 2 Western dishes, which were very delicious).
The room is 75 square meters, and the design is very user-friendly. There is even a washing machine in each room. You can see the snow scenery of Mt. Yotei by opening the balcony door. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. It is really worth staying for 1-2 nights.
The hotel also has 24-hour tea and refreshments in the lobby. There is also a Japanese-made handicraft area for sale.
There is a large area of snow just outside the hotel, and children can have a lot of fun.
In short, it is a very memorable and recommended Japanese inn.
GGuest UserVery homey and cosy accommodation to share with family/friends. There's a ski room for storing the gear and a pantry with a microwave oven, a small oven, washing and drying machines. Conveniently located around Setsu Niseko, where a free shuttle bus stops by. Walking distance to Lawson, shops and restaurants. Probably can't find a better place to stay in Niseko at a similar rate. Would love to visit again!
UunsweetenedhariboI had a wonderful end-of-year stay at Chalet Ivy Weiss. Everything was great – the beds and food were excellent, the spa was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They even helped me book transportation to and from the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm skiing.
MMattSchmattSuper apartment in great location. 2 large bedrooms with great storage, 2 good sized baths, large living room with cooking area and all you would need for self-catering for a family. Seicomart and Lawson just a short walk away. Convenient with parking in the basement. Everything in great condition and well cleaned. Forgot a few things in the fridge and the staff collected it and out it in the lobby fridge for us to pick up later, great service thank you! Will definitely have this place high on the list for next visit to Hirafu 👍🏼
GGuest UserVery, very satisfied with a family of four. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We stayed in hotels all the way. Although there were three beds, it was still crowded. When we came here, everyone had a separate bed and the quality of the bed was also very good. It was the first time for two children to stay here. I am very happy about the youth hostel. The distance between people here is very close. There is 7 Eleven across the street. I can buy a bunch of meals from the supermarket and heat them in the kitchen. It is not great and save a lot of money. We used to have thousands of Chinese dinners every day. A family of four has decided to stay in a youth hostel from now on, haha
