AAnonymous from SingaporeVery good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

KKuehGood location, situated right beside the Cathedral Park and other sights. Also walking distance from the bus to/fro airport, with central bus station a distance away, but still walkable.
Amazing facilities and amenities in the room. Great selection of equipments in the gym. Selection of buffet breakfast was also great.
The staff who checked me in, Daniela, deserves a special mention as she was really gave me a very warm welcome and took time to explain to me the different facilities provided by the hotel - thank you Daniela!

Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room.
Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves.
Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage.
Staff not particularly helpful.

AAnonymous UserGood, clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Big bed, snowy bedding, mini bar, coffee machine and many other facilities. The only minus: cold water flows in the shower instead of hot. I am glad that after 10-15 minutes I got it.
The polite staff, immediately fulfilled all our requests. There are coffee shops and parks near the hotel.
