Chisinau Hotels with Wifi

The location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance. The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory. Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring. The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English. There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me. Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova.

Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

Hotel is OK clean good location breakfast no good selection. Only à la carte and restaurant is too expensive for the food you get staff very friendly. only minus is the TV channels only news channel who repeats himself every every 10 minutes is in English and all the rest is Russian

Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Have very nice breakfast available. The location is okay, some rooms that face the streets are loud, but their AC is very nice, so no need to open a window at night. Overall very recommended, will come again!

The receptionists are cheerful and helpful. The coffee lounge is a cozy spot before one returns to the room from a trip. At night one has some problem locating the hotel which is set in a gated car park, no big distinct lit signage  other than HOTEL

너무 깨끗하고, 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 침대랑 베게도 몸을 감싸듯 편안해서 있는 내내 잘 잤어요. 직원들이 영어 구사도 잘하고 친절해요. 조식이 뷔페식이 아니고 메뉴판에 있는 메뉴를 선택하는 거예요. 너무 신선하고 방금한 따뜻한 요리를 제공해줘서 조식이 기다려질 정도로 좋았어요. 엘레베이터는 없지만, 직원들이 짐을 옮겨줘서 불편함이 없었어요. 요청하면 바로 서비스를 제공해줘서 있는 내내 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 체크 아웃 때 택시도 잡아줘서 편하게 이동할 수 있었어요. 시티 센터 쪽이 아니여서 바로 옆에 식당이 1개 있고, 배달 어플로 음식을 시켜 먹을 수 있어요. 배달 어플은 로비 호텔 직원에게 물어보면 바로 알려줘요. 호텔 복도에서 르라보 어나더13 향기가 나서 더 포근하게 느껴졌던것 같아요.

A pleasant hotel with convenient location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from windows. A pleasant atmosphere is preserved. I particularly liked the receptionist, all my requests were fulfilled, and the main thing was the sincere desire that I stay satisfied with the time spent at the hotel. I will definitely return again. Prosperity of the hotel. Recommend.

The only hotel worth staying in Chisinau. People is gold here. I should mention specially Anton from reception who make all our stay flawless and help us with late check out as well.

They booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! Plus the hotel is in inexpensive accurate rooms and polite staff.Minus and big is a staircase,i.e. if you have a suitcase,not a backpack,prepare to carry it yourself without an elevator.Thanks to the huge boy Sabina that brought us this suitcase on the first day at three Different rooms and on all floors until the administrator finally got us ahead of the room (probably the director didn't give good) with 2 separate beds as it was reserved and paid.There are carpets in the rooms, but are they needed? But the TV didn't work.Enabled, but the channels didn't show,thank you there is free Internet..., then to someone.. And don't forget to warn taxi drivers that before entering the hotel a high barrier , otherwise scratching the door.Very enjoyed breakfast and the food itself.Satisfactory and delicious.Overall a two-fold impression

The good: Great location, decent setup, sizeable room with own kitchen and bathroom. The bad: check-in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM, it's written ..but who would expect anything like that? I didn't make it by 6PM, and my room (I had booked 2 days) was sold to.someone else. I was offered a much more expensive upgrade (the one I am rating), and since it was already quite late, I accepted it. I would not recommend this place.
