"Generally satisfied. Have a night cold. The heating/airco was not controlable. 18 degrees is anyway too cold to have fun. Even if the heating is out at home, we put it back on cold days or airco. They wanted to put a stick in the room."

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, terras for the kids outside, parking facilities at 100 meters from the hotel, the city centre at the doorstep of the hotel, Leiden is a nice city to spend a week, go shopping or visit many of the countless museums.

優點：房間乾淨衞生，服務人員有每天倒垃圾以及進行簡單的衞生打掃；離萊頓中心火車站非常近，步行3-5分鐘。火車站裡面有AH to go和對面有JUMBO和ALDI，很方便。前台英語非常好，態度也非常好。恰逢元旦，酒店還在前台為客人準備了糖果和類似糖餅的甜食。 缺點：沒有暖氣，冬天洗完澡會有點冷；洗澡水壓不夠，花灑水小；燈不夠亮，房間偏暗。
