"The soap dispensers for the shower room and the sink are empty when checked in. No housekeeping at all - not stated on website. Was told by reception that only after 5 days of stay then there is cleaning of room. Counter customer service is not friendly, curt and non smiling. Need to approach counter service for numerous times to look for towels, soap and toilet papers. Basic provision not provided and supplemented not acceptable."
