"EL nido suites Location and the hotel facilities are the best.
The staff was helpful and room was good. I was able to book massage, tour and motor bike from the reception staff. Breakfast did let me down but still not bad. Bus terminal is next to it and the el nido public market.
Vanila beach, lio beach and nacpan beach is not far. Especially old town is around 10 minutes of walking distance from the hotel for the night life and for good restaurants.
Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel."

RRisky Adam ZulkifliI recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay.
Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome.
The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect.
One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys!
Cons:
There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel.
The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotelâs description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation.
Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication.
Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall:
The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property.
If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities!
P.S. thereâs cats! Iâm not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

GGuest UserThis hotel is situated slightly back from the beach bars which are only a few minutes stroll away. Its on a busy road and traffic noise can be heard from the apartments that face the road, ear plugs are provided both traffic did die down late evening.
 The rooms are spacious and clean with air-conditioning, they do not have an elevator but bags were taken up by the porters who gave a great service.
The staff are very helpful and polite, go that extra step to help you, they have a nice bar and good seating area with some seating along side the swimming pool.
Break fast was good with plenty of choice with Ann egg station to where you could order your desired omelet.
Wifi was also qood with plenty of plugs down stairs in the lounge.
The beds were comfy but made a clattering noise when changing sleeping position, its only my opinion but to me the pillows were too large, would preferred slimmer pillows.
I would recommend this hotel if your going to stay in El Nido, great location not near any boom boom bars the are alive till the early morning, what our stay at this hotel special was the staff that made our stay most welcome and all being on first name terms.

The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlightâabsolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. Thereâs no TV, so if youâre traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

GGuest UserOur family really enjoyed our stay at Huni Lio. We stayed in the family room. You can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 if you use the sofa.
The crew really took care of us.
Lio is a nice relaxed respite from the back packer hustle and bustle of Elnido. Dining choices are so tasty. The beach is beautiful. Watch out for big waves and sandflies/ nikniks - cover up, pack antihistamines and insect repellants.
Just a few helpful tips and feedback:
1. Improve the brewed coffee that comes with breakfast or waive the charges to serve the coffee from the expresso machine.
2. The laundry and swimmers hanging in balconies facing the mangrove forest wonât dry even after 5 days leaving a stank so bad. We moved our rack indoors to dry in front of the AC.
3. Thereâs a constart hum and vibration at the end of the room, last bed. Light sleepers should avoid this bed.
Finally wish there was a second bathroom lol but overall the waiting and jesting is part of the wholesome family fun.

AAngelicaFrom the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free.
Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they donât sell alcohol on-site.
Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

TThat girl abroadI was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word âresortâ and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didnât quite live up to that.
The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance.
That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chefâs kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay.
With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price theyâre charging. Right now, itâs the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

GGuest UserThis is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. Itâs very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you donât want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles wonât go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. Itâs not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didnât know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didnât mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldnât come back.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was efficient and good, and the room service was prompt to respond.
Location is the hotel's best feature, being located walking distance from the town center where the restaurants, cafes and bars were.
Breakfast was okay, with a variety of warm dishes in addition to an egg station.
The room was nicely decorated, however it did not feel clean. A big cockroach was discovered on the first evening in the room and another one was left dead in the hallway for a very long time. The bed sheets had stains from before and these were not changed at the next cleaning despite being visibly dirty. Most of the towels provided were old and had colored stains and did not feel clean to use. The shower area also seemed to be mouldy, with watermarks like the surfaces had not been cleaned from before we arrived.

GGuest UserSmall rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.
