"Amazing hotel with the kindest staff! Everyone at the reception was always smiling, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable.
The breakfasts were delicious, although we would have loved to see a bit more meat options since we’re big meat lovers 😄
The room has a beautiful mountain view, and the location is perfect, very close to the downtown.
There is also a church nearby! hearing the choir sing in the morning was surprisingly peaceful and lovely😇
The only thing I would add is a shuttle service to the beaches at certain times for hotel guests

"The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! Staying at this hotel added to our memorable experience of el nido that me and my partner will forever cherish. Thankyou especially to Remy, Elize and Pau 💗"

"A good hotel for your money. I lived in it for 5 nights.
The room is small , but we were with backpacks, so about whether the suitcases would be placed or not, have not checked). The window is there , the air conditioner is there (truly works so noisy as if you are in some server) , the water is hot too.
There were plenty of glasses and teapot, but it was as if it was immediately indicated that you are not waiting. Towels and bed linen are clean and smell good.
The hotel is on a busy street 5 minutes walk from the El Nido Beach and 10 minutes walk from Canopy Walk.
During the arrival, the shelves were hit. The question was decided immediately. If you need cleaning, ask, I think, won't refuse.
If you need to get from El Nido to the mine to Puerto Princess, then to the parking lot of the inter-urban routes 25 minutes walk to the market (oriented Pablic Market), there is a cashier.
In general, good ratio : price-location-comfort 👌"

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support.
The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island.
The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

The 8-room hotel is located on the main route in El Nido.
The rooms are normal in size, some things require repair, we, for example, the door to the bath opened with great effort and one day the door lock broke.
The air conditioner and fan work well.
Hot water from solar cells, then good, then barely.
Nearby the Italian restaurant, shops, pharmacy, exchanger, direct pass to the beach (the beach itself is not very, either very small, or in the tide of the beach sand strip at all).
There is a kitchen downstairs, but it is for staff, probably we wanted to cook shrimp, we took 100 peso for it. The refrigerator can be used for free.
And the biggest minus: frames in windows are metallic, hearing 100%, windows go out to the chicken! That means you will listen to the singing of the chickens and the quawhtling of the chickens from three in the morning to six in the evening, without stopping. If you have a sensitive sleep, choose another hotel. Without exaggeration, it is simply impossible to sleep normally.

We booked a standard room, they gave us room 6, but it was very small, without a window and a wardrobe. It was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was noisy. The floor was very dirty, covered in sand. Since we arrived at night, we spent the night in that room. In the morning we asked to change the room. They showed us the rooms, we chose a room with a balcony, a suite, a sea view, but we had to pay extra. We stayed for 4 days, so we agreed to pay extra. The room was cleaned poorly, only once, although we asked for it to be cleaned. They put water in the room upon arrival, they did not put it anymore, also shampoo, soap, brushes were put only once upon arrival. The towels were not changed even once. Breakfasts from the menu, very meager, the same thing every day. In the dining room there is a cooler with hot and cold water, you can pour tea in the evening. The room service is terrible. The hotel is for a stay of 1, 2 days. But the cost is expensive for such a hotel. I do not recommend it for a long time. The view from the window is beautiful. The port is close.
