"This hotel is really, really great, I loved it! Even though I stayed in a shared four-person room, it didn't bother me at all because almost every day (from morning till evening) we were out on excursions or somewhere else. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are cleaned daily, and the showers and toilets are communal (but there are also a few separate stalls just for women). The breakfasts are delicious and varied – I would fly back to the Philippines again just for these breakfasts! Because here, I only had truly good food three times: first in Cebu, second at the hotel's breakfast, and third at an Italian restaurant in El Nido, that's it! In the shared room, you get a towel, a locker with a lock, and a large bed (unlike other similar hotels). I'm thrilled!"

"As many other guests have mentioned, the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and warm smiles were truly outstanding. We booked a town-view room, so we had already given up expecting any ocean view. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room still offered a view of the sea. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was on the second floor, but we were hardly bothered by any noise at night. The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging a rental motorcycle and a van for our return trip. The prices were fair, and the process was easy and convenient. This was truly a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable."

"I'm not picky and we travel a lot, so I have plenty to compare with. But here, I was shocked by the sheer number of negatives all in one hotel. We stayed in two different room categories (including a suite). For its price range, this hotel was a huge disappointment (this is our third hotel on Palawan, all located near beaches, and the prices were more or less the same). Inside, even on the bed, there were tiny ants crawling around. Breakfast isn't included, and the rooms aren't cleaned. Once, throughout our entire vacation, I asked them to clean the room and change the bedding. They came by evening, but they just took the towels and didn't replace them, saying everything was being washed 🙃. After showering, I had to dry myself with a dirty t-shirt because nothing in the room dries properly. The Wi-Fi constantly cut out, and for the last few days, it didn't work at all. Overall, it was a complete misunderstanding; the only saving grace was the ocean view from the room! There was mold on the walls, I even saw spots on the mattress. The extractor fan in the shower didn't work at all, the toilet seat was loose, and there was hardly any water pressure in the sink and shower, just a tiny trickle (I assume for economy — even in the suite) – I've attached photos (notice how the faucet is installed). On the last day, the air conditioning even started leaking. There's no safe, and the door lock sometimes fell out with the key, and I had to reinsert it into the hole. If you want a somewhat comfortable stay, only book the suite; the price difference isn't that much. The TV is in the photos, but it's not actually there, though we didn't need it anyway."

"Sea view room is on the third floor, a few palm trees in the way but you can still see the sea properly. Breakfast at the restaurant facing the water, go early and it’s not too busy. Hotel guests can also use the pool and gym in the glamping area next door, though it’s a bit of a walk and the pool is on the smaller side. When I got there the sun loungers were all taken, so I ended up at the free beach loungers instead. There’s open water right there, so honestly it worked out better. The bathroom is narrow and shower only. If you don’t want to get your hair wet there’s a good hairdryer provided, which helps."

"My son booked this for me. I don't use computers, but he said it was good, so I went. When I arrived, someone came out to greet me and take my luggage. Very friendly, speaking English with a Filipino accent, perfectly understandable. The room had a huge TV. I told my son it was bigger than the one we have at home. He joked that we should upgrade ours. I said no need yet. The air conditioning was very cold, colder than I'm used to. I was shivering the first night. I mentioned it at the front desk, and they immediately brought an extra blanket. No long wait at all. Every morning, I'd get a free cup of coffee in the lobby and just sit and watch people pass by. I really enjoyed that. One thing to note: there's no elevator. My knees are still good, but if you're bringing parents who have trouble with stairs, ask for a lower-floor room in advance. My son said afterward he should have arranged that. He was right. The staff here genuinely care. You can really feel it. I told my son we're bringing his mother next time."

"We had an amazing stay at Seda Lio! Special thanks to the Front Office Supervisor and FO staff for making sure everything about our vacation went smoothly. They were very attentive and considerate, always ready to attend to our requests even going beyond what we expected. All praises to the staff for their warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and gave us complete comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good delicious and with great value for money. "The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! Staying at this hotel added to our memorable experience of el nido that me and my partner will forever cherish. Thankyou especially to Remy, Elize and Pau 💗"

"The hotel is located just beside the public market, its not a luxury hotel but its good enough , rooms are spacious, quiet .  Staff are friendly, its a km away or 100 pesos tricycle ride to the the lively Tourist area where you can join the island tour.  But near the hotel there is also a port area name Curong Curong where you can just walk and join the island tour.  Breakfast is not bad, Rice, bread, eggs, veggies and Two kind of meat that changes everyday.  Not much restaurant around the hotel area, Town Square has a ton of restaurant."

"The hotel faces the sea. Very cute. Well-thought-out design. Everywhere you can see signs stating that environmentally friendly materials were used in its construction. The rooms are small, but very cozy and clean. There are hammocks at the entrance to the rooms. Everything is made with love. Friendly and helpful staff. There are several shops, a spa and even an Italian restaurant nearby. We regret that we spent only one night here."
