CCSPimentelHotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tablesā shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes.

There are many shopping malls located around the downtown area within walking distance (for example: sm). The price/performance ratio is very high. And the hot water in the hotelās bath is very fast. And the pillows are also very textured. For people like me who stay in hotels for a long time, itās really goodš

GGuest UserFamily room is only good for 3 adullt oerson ..if you have children with with you above 4th in height they will ask for additional payment of 400 hundred pesos each.. This rules should have been mentioned beforehand during booking time...tnx!

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
