The hotel is beautiful, and I don't expect more. Furniture is kind of old, but it's sick. Breakfast is good, but few staff at breakfast. Employees, everybody says, ”I have the decor.” What God wanted from the security guard to the reception, the barbers and the breakfast workers. There are too many situations. The hotel is characterized by its location and the presence of a connected market.

Stayed during the Rose Festival, the whole city has a great atmosphere. The hotel is one of the reception hotels with good service.

All thanks and appreciation to Platinum Park Hotel, especially the reception staff My brother Bandar Al-Ghamdi And my brother Sultan Al-Harthi And Mr. Badr And the cleaner Dider. Honestly, I was afraid of the comments after booking, but on the contrary, everything was fine and the guys didn't fall short in terms of price and extension.
