"1- Welcome is not good as they did not have the room ready 2- Also looks like they are not well aware of by booking, 3- Further i ask them for another day booking after a week day and the they said not possible as its fully booked even i can see booking is showing available online.. 4- overall place is good, nice, and clean, but still need improvement"
