Hotels with Breakfast in Rockford

Very satisfied with this hotel 👍! This hotel should be the best hotel in Rockford. It was transformed from a factory in 1916 in 2020. The creative design is good, and the hotel has an industrial style. The breakfast is also American, which is good. It is better than most hotels in the United States. The service is good and simple. The facilities in the room are complete. The facilities in the suite are complete, and the sofa bed is also good. There is a scenic bar on the 12th floor. Although the scenery of this small city is only a river, the light is beautiful when the sun sets. This hotel is a landmark building in this small town. The small city of 150,000 people has a small population. We had dinner on the underground floor, steak and fish fingers, which was not expensive. The tax in Illinois is only 8%, and the tip is reasonable. In short, for a place with a strong rural atmosphere, this hotel gives you a leisurely feeling. The hotel gave us six glasses of self-selected wine, which felt very good.

Breakfast is not self-service, the waiters are all Mexican. There are a lot of restaurants around, and you can walk around in the evening. The room is very clean, the air conditioning is not busy, it will be fixed next time.

Did not allow people to check in early. After being told on the phone we can (drive 3 hrs wanted to change before attending a wedding at 1). We came back between the ceremony and reception had 5 mins until 3pm. She rudely said to other it isn’t 3pm. The guy ahead of me said well we have been waiting a very long time and it is 2:55. Very poor customer service!

Pool area floor was really dirty… hot tub was very cloudy, full of sand, and whirlpool jets didn’t work right… Breakfast was okay.. Definite drug use going on by some of the guests… hotel elevator area reeked of **** every time we used them and I have a 4/7 year old… One guest was so messed up on something that he was slightly foaming at the mouth, almost fell over multiple times l, and spilled hot coffee all over himself… Staff was very nice and accommodating… Room was clean enough which was most important to me, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the experience.

The hotel is pretty good; the air conditioning works great, and there's a fridge and microwave too.

The door lock is broken, and the service staff can't help it. Everything else is OK. The parking lot is large and free. The scenery outside the window is very nice and I like it very much.
