Stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, I found fine beetles on my bed. I found 3 beetles in the same night. I was not surprised by beetles, so I let it go, and I didn’t complain. At about 10 o’clock on the second day, it may be quarantined The guest went back to the room to take a shower, there was a little water pressure sound. After about 15 minutes, this time I went to complain. But the breakfast is good, and it's near the subway station.

We had a room without windows, actually there was a window but it looked into the hall. The breakfast was greasy and full of oil. So in the morning through that window we’d feel the smell of oil and eggs instead of fresh air. Beds were good and staff polite. It wasn’t awful but I would’t come here again.

I was robbed at this hotel by the garbage man who was in my room on his own the day the money disappeared. The hotel management attempted to hush everything up, I insisted on calling the police. The garbage man came up with a story that I had forgotten to close the front door in the morning and a stranger must have walked in. Unfortunately, the police in Hungary are very slow. While I was waiting for the results of the investigation the hotel management kept discussing my case and taunting me behind my back (not everyone knew that I understood Hungarian). Shortly after the incident another robbery happened. I have a feeling that the managers have a clue who is to blame, that’s why they were trying so hard to cover it up. The sum of money stolen was big enough for this person to end up in prison.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, as part of a tourist group from Belarus. We liked the hotel, although the group had different opinions. My wife and I got a room on the first floor (European numbering) the window overlooked a cozy courtyard-well with blank walls entwined with ivy, which beautifully swayed in waves from the breeze. The room had a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning and a king-size bed - in general, everything you need for a rest on the road. The breakfasts - a buffet are quite satisfactory - hearty and varied. We were especially impressed by the large free parking for hotel guests in this courtyard. True, our colleagues, whose windows overlooked a busy street, complained about passing trams, but we passed this cup. But within an hour's walk there were almost all the sights, and the presence of a metro station sped up the delivery to them even faster. If I decide to go to Budapest by car, I will try to get to this nice hotel again.

old hotel, but nice, clean, comfortable bed, large room, clean and functional shower, old decoration but ok; but it is not a 4 * hotel but 2 *, no services of a 4 * hotel; tram stop next door, it is very good, nice area, I do not agree with some negative opinions on the area and the hotel not very busy. There is at the end of the street when exiting on the left, a bakery to have breakfast, I have not tested but to do !!! indeed for breakfast there is nothing to eat, the tables are empty, even the box of tea bags and herbal teas were empty 1 day out of 2, but around 9:55 / 10 a.m. the breakfast tables become well stocked strangely, I was able to quickly go and get something to eat, I was surprised, then the door closes and the employees come to eat !!!!! an excessively expensive breakfast 12.50E for nothing to eat and no choice !!!

Terrible location of the property: the hotel is located in a very peripheral street of the city, full of homeless people and unsavory people; the cleanliness of the streets is completely absent and it feels very uncomfortable. The reception wasn't the best. The shared bathroom had no key to lock the door, no soap, no toilet paper and to dry your hands there was a sponge towel available which was anything but hygienic. The style of the hotel is old and already from the reception you can perceive the lack of cleanliness. It is precisely because of all these characteristics that we chose to change hotels without even checking in (the only positive note: we were not charged any costs).

Hotel in a convenient location given its proximity to the center and the metro station. Very spartan environment, the cleanliness of the rooms, towels and a general modernization of the rooms need to be improved. The girl at reception was very kind and check-in was very quick

I stayed in this hotel after a late flight. It was a creepy place, a strange atmosphere from the moment you arrived, a more than dangerous area, and a real throat slit... the room was dirty, the bedding creaked, the breakfast was dribs and drabs... everything looked like a prison, and there were shady people everywhere, both inside and outside the hotel. I really urge you to find somewhere else to stay, this is appalling, unacceptable!

The hotel is located 300 meters from the metro station, which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but only at night. It's not dangerous or anything else; it's simply a bit poor, but given how expensive taxis are in Budapest, just take a taxi back in the evening, and for a couple of euros, the fear is gone. The hotel is a bit run-of-the-mill, but it's still quite clean; they clean the rooms every day and provide fresh towels. The staff is friendly, they don't pressure you to check out, and they even do the favor of keeping your bags after you check out. It's not the most beautiful hotel in the world, but for the price and location, I highly recommend it. The breakfast is also varied and plentiful.
