Plenty of surrounding parks, ball field complexes, trails, shopping, restaurants, night life, minor league baseball, concerts, and more!This reservation includes use of one bedroom on the first floor with a with a queen-sized bed. Use of the relaxing living room on main floor with loveseat, sofa, & 50" Smart TV, adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. The entire 2nd floor, additional bedroom on the first floor, and garage will not be accessible with this reservation unless prior arrangements are made. Feel free to place items in the carts while they are on the curb. There are TWO waste carts located against the house by the driveway: = The larger wheeled cart is for regular household trash. There are extra trash bags located under the kitchen sink. PLEASE TIE trash bags closed PRIOR to placing in the outside cart. Loose food remnants and liquids in the cart will attract rodents, bees, flies, and maggots, not to mention - smell very badly if pickup doesn't come for a few days. = The smaller wheeled cart is marked for RECYCLE ONLY.
