Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.OTHER HOUSE RULES:– Park on the unpaved area in front of fence or on the street (but be aware that it is a narrow road). – I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup.
