"“Go-to” Hotel for our visitors. Lots of restaurants also nearby."

"I booked the Loft Room and it was great especially the bath tub and the service was great, everyone was friendly. Our experience was great overall but there were some little things we noticed that could have made the experience excellent. 1. The ref was so small, since we had left overs we could not even place a regular plate inside, we had to transfer them to another plate and removed the dividers to make it fit in. 2. The windows in the loft room was one of the reasons we booked it aside from the bath tub but it was dirty or scratched up outside so we did not get a nice picture like we planned. 3. The slippers should be changed to ones were it has a bit of grip because we almost slipped a few times going down the stairs. 4. The TV was a big let down it only had regular cable channels unlike the Cabana room were it had a smart TV. It also had weird lights in the screen so we didn't really use it. 5. The 1st hot spring (the one you see first going up) felt kind of dirty when we tried it, didn't see it but it felt like we were stepping on most so we mostly used the 2nd one."

"It took some time for them to find an available room for us and when we got there, the room was really not clean. when we woke up, the floor was damp due to the moist of the airconditioned that might cause molds."

"I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. This is my first time visiting this place, so I'm not criticizing it, but it's an inexpensive place, so I don't think it's a big inconvenience to stay one night."

"The owner is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful! They sent all the details I needed days before check-in and even delivered mineral water. The place is spotless, very comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need, from complete kitchen utensils to toiletries and body wash. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"We got the cabana type of room with the jacuzzi pool in front. Staff was very helpful. The place has that quiet feel, but it needs more work. Suggest to have the following: 1) refrigerators inside the rooms - bring with your insulated water bottles and ask for ice. Fill it with water in case you need to hydrate. 2) Food choices are average, you are better off ordering out. Instead of pre-cooked eggs with the daily breakfast just opt for the freshly cooked from the egg station. 3) Wifi is poor even if you go for your LTE it will not sustain a good connection. You will definitely not be reachable by Teams or Zoom, but also say goodbye to IG or FB. "
