We are unable to accommodate dogs, cats, or other animals at this home. Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. They may not be available outside of these dates. Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children. A ring security camera captures video of the driveway and front porch. It is on and recording 24/7 regardless of occupancy.We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services.
