"I chose this hotel for my business trip because they offered airport pickup and drop-off, which is a great perk. It's one of the better hotels in the area, very clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Since it's newly renovated, there was still a slight new smell. The hotel did provide the airport transfers, and overall it was a good experience, though on one occasion for pickup, we missed our flight, so the driver couldn't pick us up. When I inquired at the front desk about picking up the next flight, they informed me that they wouldn't pick up if a flight was missed."

"The newly renovated hotel has excellent attention to detail, such as adjustable faucets, a platform for personal toiletries, and toilet paper positioned higher than the toilet on the right front. There are also large tables. The restaurant is right outside the elevator, easy to find without getting lost. The sleeping environment is quiet. Parking is available right outside. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient, and the restaurant staff are also very attentive. The elevator has information about Xinjiang tourism, making the ride less boring. There's even a small tablet that allows you to watch premium videos and contact the front desk – a big plus! Five stars, highly recommended."

"Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel."

"Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise! We were just looking for a clean hotel near the train station for a quick one-night stay, but this one is not only conveniently located (just a few minutes' drive from the station), but the rooms are spacious and clean, and even have drinking water throughout (amazing!). The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, and the guy who met us at the airport was also very handsome! There are so many hotel brands these days, but these enthusiastic and dedicated staff have really given me more confidence in the Licheng brand. Thank you for your warm service and the convenience it brought us. I wish you all a happy work and life!"

"Mercure Hotel is a very satisfactory hotel for our stay in Xinjiang. The hotel staff is very professional, warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very smooth. There is also free mineral water and coffee in the lobby. Our needs are always met at the first time. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide great lighting. It was cleaned very well and the beds were super comfortable! The toilets in the rooms are all smart and fully automatic. The mini bar is also equipped with soft drinks, coffee, tea and biscuits. The mineral water provided is also very high-quality. I heard that it is natural spring mineral water produced in Changshou Township, Guangxi. Most importantly, these things are free! The Mercure Hotel also has comprehensive gym and laundry facilities, making it ideal for people traveling on business. The hotel’s Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is very rich, especially the boiled eggs, which taste very fresh and have been well received by my father and grandmother! When we checked out, the lobby staff very considerately provided us with airport drop-off service, and the handsome general manager personally saw us off. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended."

"Ms. Saramati and Ms. Xiaoyue at the front desk provided fantastic service! They offered a complimentary late check-out and were incredibly patient. Their Mandarin was very standard. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, and they promptly resolved any issues. We even received welcome fruits. We slept wonderfully. It was an exceptionally satisfying stay, and I genuinely recommend this hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent, truly impressive."
