"The staff at the front desk were very kind. The hotel is located close to many attractions, and it’s in walking distance of the museum and night market. The manager 张健 is very kind, and even showed me where to get some good food. 热孜亚 at the front desk worked hard to provide assistance. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler."

"Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel."

"Mercure Hotel is a very satisfactory hotel for our stay in Xinjiang. The hotel staff is very professional, warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very smooth. There is also free mineral water and coffee in the lobby. Our needs are always met at the first time. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide great lighting. It was cleaned very well and the beds were super comfortable! The toilets in the rooms are all smart and fully automatic. The mini bar is also equipped with soft drinks, coffee, tea and biscuits. The mineral water provided is also very high-quality. I heard that it is natural spring mineral water produced in Changshou Township, Guangxi. Most importantly, these things are free! The Mercure Hotel also has comprehensive gym and laundry facilities, making it ideal for people traveling on business. The hotel’s Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is very rich, especially the boiled eggs, which taste very fresh and have been well received by my father and grandmother! "Aside from the dirt roads, Hotan was perfect. The hotel was clean and hygienic, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was good. It's 9 kilometers from Yotkan Ancient City and 800 meters from the Hotan Night Market. I slept very well for two nights. The roasted eggs in Hotan are really delicious, especially the three-egg, one-star one—so tasty! Highly recommended."

The other front desk staff are all beautiful and cheerful ladies. If you value good looks, you can definitely stay here! They have a great 'no-nonsense' rule at their hotel; interested friends can visit and experience it themselves. Although it was only a one-night stay, many last-minute requests were handled very well. For example, asking the front desk to help send a package or coordinating a late check-out.
