There are plenty of pools, both indoor and outdoor, so there’s something for everyone. I absolutely have to praise the service! The staff were so warm and cheerful; it was a real pleasure to interact with them. They were efficient and prompt in handling requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. However, I do have a few minor suggestions. When I first checked in, the initial room smelled strongly of smoke and the phone wasn't working. After some coordination, I was able to switch rooms. I hope the hotel can improve its smoke odor removal in rooms, or perhaps clearly designate non-smoking areas to enhance the guest experience. Also, some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the wardrobe height was inconvenient, making it a bit difficult to retrieve clothes. Overall, I still highly recommend this place and hope the hotel can fine-tune these details!"
