"Hotel front desk service is really good! Originally, the online reservation showed that there was a standard room. After arriving at the store, I explained the needs with the front desk. The staff was very active to help coordinate and smoothly changed to a big bed room, which solved my needs. During the consultation, I consulted the local customs and patiently and meticulously answered. The attitude was warm and professional. The whole process makes people feel very warm and assured, this stay experience is very satisfactory! The room was clean and great! recommend"
