"I originally thought that Shaoshan Hotel was a government-type reception hotel, and the sanitation and rooms should be very good. Booked a deluxe room. There is no luxurious feel at all, the carpets are dirty, the bedding is uncomfortable, and the lights are dim. Don't be fooled by the photos, the room facilities are not well maintained. Breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, and when we arrived at 8:30, there was nothing to eat. The breakfast in this old hotel should be very good. Very poor value for money. The advantage is that the location is very good. When you go out, you can walk a few steps to Mao Zedong Square and the Memorial Hall, as well as Mao Zedong's former residence, which is very close on foot. Parking is easy."

"Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping. The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided."

"This time I stayed at the Chaoman Hotel in Lushan and I was very satisfied! The hotel is right on the edge of the scenic spot, a few minutes walk to the bronze statue square and the former residence, and the travel is particularly worry-free. The smart facilities of the whole house in the guest room are brand new and easy to use, cleaned spotlessly, and sound insulation is very good. The front desk service was particularly user-friendly. After communicating with the staff, we were intimately checked out for us, so we didn't have to rush the trip. There is also a free high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, breakfast freshly cooked rice noodles taste authentic, supporting laundry room, charging piles are all available, the details are warm, the price is super high, next time you come to Lushan, you will choose this one!"

We made a special trip to Shaoshan to visit Chairman Mao's former residence and settled in this hotel. The hotel has a superior geographical location, very close to Chairman Mao's former residence, and there are food streets around. The front desk girl's service is very enthusiastic and in place. She also upgraded the room. You can watch the short video. "THE place to stay in Shaoshan. I felt like I was at home, tucked into a quiet wooded corner of town. They helped me organize my short stay, drove me around, and cooked up an excellent breakfast.
