The lobby is high and atmospheric, low-key luxury. The room layout is reasonable, the lighting is excellent, the facilities are complete and the maintenance is as new as new, the bathroom hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is online. Hotel dining is worthy of praise, breakfast is fresh and rich, special dishes are authentic and delicious, and the dining environment is elegant. "Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people."

"The hotel is very close to the Three Gorges Eternal Love Scenic Area, with excellent surrounding commercial facilities, especially restaurants. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and helped with check-in. The room was clean and the facilities were simple. We searched for restaurants near Wanda Plaza and took a taxi there, eating until almost 2 AM. The late-night snacks were excellent, with a wide variety, though a bit spicy. The local beer was also good, especially the ice crystal beer. The funny thing is, the next day when we came back from the park, we found another restaurant downstairs from the hotel, so we ended up taking a taxi back and forth instead of going to the nearest one! 😂 The hotel staff were very helpful and patient with my child. We were very satisfied and recommend it!"

"I stayed for 2 consecutive days, and I slept the best for 2 days in the last month. The bedding, decoration and equipment have maintained the high level of the whole season as always. I temporarily increased my business trip by 1 day. Fortunately, the washing and drying machine was very easy to use. I washed and dried clothes in less than an hour and was full of blood. The shower head is always crooked and I can't turn it right no matter how hard I try. The adjustable bracket doesn't work either. I have to squeeze against the wall to take a shower. Everything else is very good."
