"The room on the first floor was too damp! There were a lot of ants. There were almost no facilities in the room. The accommodation experience was average; but the restaurant was very good, especially the dinner, with a rich variety and very cheap; the most convenient thing was that it was almost inside the adventure park, which was great; the tram parking was right next to the lobby and you could charge it for free, which was great. No need to check out, and you saved the queue."

"this is a nice hotel, and with Port Aventura pass included in its price it gets even better! the room was clean with nice and wide bed, it had a private shower and toilet, which were also very clean. the hotel was renovated long ago and you can see it sometimes bc the wallpapers are dirty at some places and the furniture is not new, but overall it doesn't affect your stay. we used a self-check in machine, so we didn't interact much with the staff, but they were always there for us :) we also had dinner and breakfast included in the price and they were great too, you can see it yourself in the photos! highly recommend, we had a great time!!"

Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esta la playa al lado. Y 11 min en coche para ir al paseo san Jaume donde están las tiendas."

"40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco."

"The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor. It was really unpleasant."

"Before we went, we didn't expect it to be so crowded. It felt like everyone in Europe had flocked to PortAventura. The hotel included free tickets to PortAventura and Ferrari World, and the price included breakfast and dinner, making it a great value. The hotel is like a resort, scattered around the lobby, offering quite a bit of privacy. There are two large, shallow pools, perfect for the kids to play in. We drank at the adjacent restaurant and bar. The first floor room was the best, with a small terrace right out the door and close to the pool. We stayed there for two nights and it was quite nice. The hotel is a little far from the park, but we found a small path that led us there. The park is huge, with lots of rides and a fun roller coaster, but it can be a bit crowded. The park doesn't provide any bottled water, and we couldn't drink their tap water. The water in Europe is very hard, and a 330ml bottle of water cost 3 euros, which is quite expensive. Check-in is until 3 p.m., and there's no free luggage storage; you have to pay for your own luggage."
