"The hotel was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to East Croydon train station with a really regular train service back into the centre of London. Always tap in and out of the stations as it gives you the best rate for travel, we got stung for this on our journey out to the hotel on our first night as we didn't know East Croydon had tap out facilities, but they do. So always tap in and out instead of buying train tickets in advance. The hotel is clean and fresh downstairs and smells really good as you walk into the lobby. Our room was a great size, with two double beds so we could stretch out if we wanted to, really clean and a good size bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The hairdryer in the room was set at an extremely low voltage, which was really poor, as for someone with long thick hair like myself it took forever to dry. The breakfast service was also a little lacking, we could tell the hotel were short staffed as both days when we came down there was barely any hot food available. This was replenished when we asked but is something that should be kept on top of really. Nothing too big of a deal though, as we got everything we asked for in the end, and the quality of food was ok. We will be back next time we plan a trip to London, either to see shows or go to the football at Wembley."

"The room was a bit small, but still manageable for three people. We couldn't fully open our 28-inch suitcase inside, but the hotel's location right by the train station is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to the city center. Plus, they offer breakfast, and you can arrange dinner with them in advance. For London during Christmas, this price point was really good."

"Room is clean and cosy. Worth the price. Recommended to stay if you want not so expensive but elite type hotels. 15 mins walk to train station and 20 mins away train ride ro central London. Breakfast is really delicious and generous. You can even take away some bread and fruits if you can't have the buffet."

"Stayed for a night at the hotel to attend my friend’s wedding at nearby Grand Sapphire venue. The hotel was very nice with a nice bar and restaurant. The room was clean and was of good size. The only downside is car park is not free even for guests. Its £10 for 24 hours. Also, in the morning the housekeeping staff came very early and was working in the corridor area and we could hear the noises from inside our room which woke me up. Wanted to sleep longer as we had a late night at the wedding."
