"I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service."

"Stay was good. Breakfast was not good at all. Everytime need to wait for them to top up the food. There were crowd but , staff should take initiative to top up food as quick as possible. Empty food lead to no mood of eating after. Anyway thank you for the stay."

"We were looking for a hotel for a birthday staycation, something calm, relaxing, and kid-friendly. Novus Giri Resort and Spa checked all the boxes perfectly. I enjoyed a 2.5-hour massage and spa session while the kids had fun swimming in the heated pool. We ended up not going anywhere at all, even lunch and dinner were at the hotel. The Indonesian menu at Soeasana Restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered the Pa'piong Sapi Toraja, and it was absolutely delicious, especially since it was our first time trying it. It was beautifully served in bamboo, wrapped in banana leaves, with a rich savory-sweet flavor. There were also plenty of activities for the kids, including a kids club, Farmland Mini Golf, and Rabbit Village where they could feed the rabbits. What stood out the most to me was the resort’s architecture and interior, very thoughtful and beautifully designed. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, made even more special with a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"The room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot. I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice."

"This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep."
