"The hotel is in a great location. The entrance is from the gallery. Everything is close: the beach, the train station, restaurants, and parking. The front desk staff was fantastic. The lady was very kind and friendly, and she recommended many great spots. We took advantage of most of her recommendations, for which we were grateful. Breakfast was sufficient (I only missed Italian tomatoes ;) ). The breakfast staff was smiling and helpful. The cleaning lady was very polite. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We were very pleased. The church bells didn't bother us at all and created a wonderful atmosphere when we woke up. Because of the service, we will return to this hotel again. Besides, the coast has many interesting places we didn't have time to see. Thank you for everything!"

"We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again."

"This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick."
