"The room and the service in the hotel were both really good, we were very pleased. However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor. There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive. Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted."

"The hotel is in a great location. The entrance is from the gallery. Everything is close: the beach, the train station, restaurants, and parking. The front desk staff was fantastic. The lady was very kind and friendly, and she recommended many great spots. We took advantage of most of her recommendations, for which we were grateful. Breakfast was sufficient (I only missed Italian tomatoes ;) ). The breakfast staff was smiling and helpful. The cleaning lady was very polite. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We were very pleased. The church bells didn't bother us at all and created a wonderful atmosphere when we woke up. Because of the service, we will return to this hotel again. Besides, the coast has many interesting places we didn't have time to see. Thank you for everything!"

"The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!"

"We spent a single night to go to Portofino the next day. The hotel was clean and close to the city centre and the port. A supermarket is nearby. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is an old style and could be a modernization touch. The hotel offers a car park with a price of €28 and a small and you must leave the key. I didn't appreciate that we couldn't leave our car at the parking a few days after the Check out. We had to get it out to find a place elsewhere... The breakfast was classic."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was super clean ! The welcoming staff is so kind and helpful, the breakfast was simple but very tasty I was a little bit annoyed by the noise because rooms isolation wasn’t good enough but it’s okay I supported I highly recommend it for solo travelers like me because the location is perfect and the prices are really correct Spécial thank for the welcoming agent who advised me where to go and swin ☺️"

"The smile of the woman at check-in ✅ and the service 🈂️ were so wonderful that there was no complaint. Also, one man was wonderful. Others are not at all ‼️ Especially, there is no plug in the room, so when I go to borrow it, The front desk says I want you to go to the lounge and borrow it, so when you go, there is only one, so return it immediately ‼️❓ Isn't it strange? There is only one bottle opener in this hotel ❓ Obviously, the young male staff with an atmosphere that I don't want to lend is the worst ⤵️ Check out ☑️ women are not at all friendly and sorry 😢"

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

Чудесный отель! Чистые, милые комнаты, восхитительный вид с балкона на море! Всё соответствует фотографиям. Замечательные гостеприимные сотрудники, которые готовы ответить на любой вопрос. Завтрак был тоже очень хороший и разнообразный (можно позавтракать прямо на террасе с видом на море)

Отель в очень удобном месте: 10 минут пешком от вокзала, на набережной. Нигде не указано было, поэтому напишу, что в номере есть мини-холодильник (вода в нём платная, но можно её не брать, а холодильником пользоваться). Санузел, как у нас принято говорить, раздельный. Рядом перекрёсток с круговым движением, при открытых окнах шумно, но ночью тихо.
