"The hotel is conveniently located near Ginowan, with easy access by car and a parking lot available. There's a FamilyMart right downstairs, which is super handy. Being on a main road, you do hear some traffic noise, but overall, it's still pretty quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked that it had wood-look laminate flooring. The bathroom was a bit small, but you could catch a glimpse of the ocean. Plus, there's a McDonald's and a MEGA Don Quijote just a 10-minute drive away."

"Attended a conference, hotel is 15min walk to Okinawa Convention centre which is convenient. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a spacious resort feel. The room also looked directly into the marina and ocean. The room suite was big and very clean with separated toilet and bath+shower area. The beds were comfortable and the living room had a sofa and large reclining couch. There was lots of storage with a full size fridge freezer and induction hob. utensils and cutlery are not provided. There was free common washing machine and dryer in each floor, and detergent can be purchased from the hotel shop. There was also a lot of parking but the pool was closed till April. The staff were very friendly and helpful could converse in English. The Ginowan city convention building was next door and had a big supermarket with reasonable prices as well as fresh sushi. There were several restaurants as well on the second floor aa well as various shops like Daiso and Hands. Highly recommended"

"This was my second time staying here, but I felt the staff were less enthusiastic this time around. The hotel offers complimentary drink vouchers for guests, with several options available from bottled water to canned alcoholic beverages. We, a group of three, couldn't even use all of ours. The room was neat and clean, and they provided several laundry detergent packets for washing clothes. All personal hygiene essentials were well-stocked, so you don't need to worry if you forget to bring your own. The hotel also has two parking lots, so parking is not an issue if you're driving. My only complaint about the service was that we stayed for 3 nights and told them we didn't need daily room cleaning. The staff said they would leave fresh towels and other amenities on a small rack outside our door on the third morning for us to replace, but they never did."

"This hotel offers top-notch facilities, ambiance, and service. It's nestled in Ginowan, providing a quiet retreat while still being close to the action. There's a mall and convenience stores nearby, and a public beach, perfect for kids and families due to its shallow waters, is just a five-minute walk across the road. A taxi from the airport costs about 130 RMB and takes around 40 minutes, so the journey isn't too tiring. The hotel service is excellent, from the warm welcome upon arrival to being escorted to your room, and the friendly and polite bartending service at the lounge. My only minor complaint is that the lounge breakfast is basically a simplified version of what's offered downstairs, and doesn't really stand out except for being less crowded. They also don't offer an à la carte menu there. I'd recommend having breakfast on the first floor; it's not very busy there either. The hotel also features an infinity pool, a rock bath, and a laundry room. The bathtub in our room was spotless, and we enjoyed a relaxing bath every day during our stay, which was wonderful for unwinding after our travels. The soundproofing at night is also excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located close to Naha and also not far from the airport."
