"This was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had a large window which was great for letting the light inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet. There was one tiny issue where I could hear a buzz noise from outside but that was blocked out when the television was on."

I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!"

"I went here with my boyfriend during the golden week. There was a lot of people so the parking lot was limited and we were told that if we go out after check in, there’s a possibility of not getting a parking space when we returned. But In such case, they will pay as some money so I think it’s good enough. Overall was an-okay-stay."

"I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel so I stayed here. It's right in front of Izumo Station and the shuttle bus to Izumo Airport is right in front of it. There are convenience stores nearby, Seven and Lawson, so you won't have any trouble having dinner at a nearby izakaya. The room was also very clean. There was a morning newspaper service in the elevator hall. There aren't many long-term stays, so there is no laundry, so I went to a coin laundry about a 5-minute walk away. They do dry cleaning. The only thing that bothered me about my stay was the shower curtain! It smelled like damp laundry, so I couldn't relax in the bathtub. I think they're busy, so even if it's impossible to dry it properly every time, I wish they could at least make it possible to change it. Other than that, it was really good. Also, you take the amenities you need from the lobby up, but It said that you can only have one per stay. I'm a woman, and I don't do much skin care, so one pouch of lotion and cream was enough for me to use morning and night, but I think it wouldn't be enough for someone who takes care of things properly. However, I realized that the location in front of the station is really convenient, so I'd like to visit again if I can make a reservation.^_^"

"The facilities were clean and reasonably spacious, which was nice. The room had a unit bath, but we were able to use the nearby hot springs at a discount. There was a supermarket next door, and convenience stores and restaurants were within walking distance. Some restaurants for dinner recommended reservations, but there were some that we could enter without reservations, so it wasn't a problem. The amenities in the room were sufficient, including a hairbrush, razor toothpaste, and body towel. I was surprised to see the morning newspaper provided in the morning. I was grateful to read it."

[Crowdiness] There were about three other guests. [Taste] Since it's considered a free breakfast, it was quite basic. Rice (Dashi Chazuke) Shijimi Soup Simmered Sukiyaki Grilled Salt-Grilled Mackerel Teriyaki Chicken Tofu Hamburger Dashimaki* Yogurt Aloe Vera Bread The clam soup was the best. Since there weren't many dishes, I thought it would have been better to serve the food on regular plates instead of buffet plates so that it would look more attractive. Personally, I would have preferred the 500 yen discount and the room-only plan. [Service][Atmosphere] No wet towels provided. At the end, you have to separate and return your dishes, just like at school lunches, which I didn't like from a hygienic standpoint. The lack of wet towels makes this all the more noticeable."

"This is probably the best hotel chain (affordable) in Japan. Toyoko Inn's service is incredible. They provided assistance to the nearest car park , as well as provide free parking for guests (if you are early). The free breakfast at the hotel is restaruant level! Highly reccomended! Whenever you see Toyoko Inn, just book it. Nothing will go wrong."

"I stayed in a private room with a key on a solo trip. There were some points in the shared space that there was some aging deterioration, and repairs and renovations were not catching up, but the shower room and private room were clean and comfortable. The first floor is a cafe bar that doubles as a receptionist, and I was able to enjoy Natural wine and a little appetizer after taking a bath and rest comfortably."
