"This hotel is super convenient, located right by Okayama Station's West Exit, just past the 'Seven Days' supermarket, less than a five-minute walk! Both the exterior and interior are stylish and well-maintained, yet the price is very reasonable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room was a perfect size, clean, and comfortable. I didn't purchase breakfast, so I can't comment on that. A major highlight is the large public bath on the top floor, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. I'll definitely remember Okayama and the Mitsui Garden Hotel; I'll stay here again on my next visit. Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden are absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit! Okayama is also a fantastic base for exploring nearby cities in Shimane, Tottori, and Shikoku, with excellent train connections. The Kansai Area Pass was incredibly useful."

"Family comes with 4 beds (instead of 2 as indicated in trip.com description). Room is pretty spacious, bed is a bit hard and bathroom is a bit narrow, but overall still comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to JR stations, Aeon with good varieties of food at the food court. Near to big camera, animate, donki and lots of shopping options at Aeon too. Will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel in Okayama was by far the most comforting and reassuring place I stayed on my trip – I absolutely loved it! It's everything I imagine a Japanese hotel to be: minimalist yet stylish, and impeccably clean. The location right in front of the JR station is super convenient, making it an easy walk without any hassle. Even if it's windy or raining, getting out is no problem at all. "There are hardly any restaurants near the hotel! You have to walk about 5 minutes to even get to a convenience store, and it's about 1 kilometer to the main street. Unless you take the main road, it's a traffic light nightmare! The station is far away! I couldn't get around much due to the typhoon, but if you use an Uber coupon, it comes out to 500-700 yen from the station. It's nice that breakfast is included, but there isn't much food. The main street was unexpectedly crowded, so I wouldn't recommend it."

"I booked a deluxe room, and for Japan, the size was quite decent. There's a hot spring on the upper floor; it wasn't crowded when I went, and they even had popsicles after a dip in the onsen. In the evening, there's complimentary ramen on the first floor. The breakfast was very Japanese and had a good variety, which I personally enjoyed. There are also free drinks available on the first floor. It's a bit of a walk from the station, though."

It is situated in a building (Icot Nicot), occuoying the 6th and seventh floors. It has a big (6 pools) and a smaller (3 pools) Onsens that are rotated daily to ensure complete experience. Each Onsen has a sauna. It has a well-appointed gym sufficient for fitness conscious travellers. The breakfast offering is not as sumptuous as the demand might not be there because food is everywhere within 5 minutes from the hotel. The only drawback was the WIFI. It was weak andunreliable due to bandwidth. en too many"

"Very bad service hotel. This hotel didnt allow us to stau 1 room with our 2 small kids. I booked 1 room with 2 single bed but the reception forced us to book 1 another room. I will not stay there anymore ! Another hotel allowed us stay 1 room with 2 our kids but not this hotel! The hotel was very bad smell and dirty . Bye"
