Facilities: The room was quite spacious; we could lay down two 30-inch suitcases flat, and there was plenty of room for a 24-inch one on the luggage rack. On our floor, there was a microwave, disposable chopsticks, and an ice machine. The shower had great water pressure, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was fully equipped, and the toiletries were POLA.
Hygiene: Overall, it was quite clean, though there was a bit of dust on the windowsill, probably because it was hidden by the table and curtains.
Environment: The location is very convenient. There's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi downstairs and a Lawson directly across the street. Kani Doraku is also very close, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Shinkansen.
Service: Excellent. The front desk provided complimentary amenities and consumables.

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile.
We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city.
Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location is fantastic! There's a convenience store right in the same building, and a shopping mall is just across the street. A drugstore and Don Quijote are also very close by.
They also lend out chargers and other things, but I can't quite remember everything.
Given that it's Japan, a small room is to be expected. Still, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and they gave us a room with a view of Okayama Station, which was nice.
There are power outlets by the bed, which is convenient. It was cool that you could precisely adjust the lighting with the remote control. Plus, there's a microwave in the hallway.
Overall, it seems like a decent room for a decent price.

We needed parking for this road trip, and although the hotel had some, spaces were limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Luckily, the hotel staff provided very detailed parking information for the surrounding area, which was a huge help! (A staff member with a leg injury explained it to us very carefully.) They also have a promotion every day from 6 PM to 8 PM where you can enjoy a soft drink (they also have alcohol), so don't miss it!

CHIU HANThis is my second time staying here. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the station. The staff are very helpful. The kitchen has tableware available for use, as well as a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and thermos. I will come back to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Okayama.

It is a short distance from the west exit of Okayama Station, but acceptable because the airport buses stop at the west exit and there is no need to get on and off.
However, the soundproofing is really average, facing the station, there are freight trains passing through all night, mind you may have to think about another one in the east exit.
More concerned is that the air conditioner is noisy, I do not know if there is regular maintenance for repairs, the dust filter is not washed, accumulated dust. Request to change rooms successfully, air conditioning sound problems improved, is the dust screen is the same, forget.

Guest UserAfter checking in, I found out that it was a love hotel with free parking.
The room is very clean and comes with some paid ****.
The bathroom is large and clean, and the room is also large
But the bed is two single beds put together to form a double bed, the bed is a bit sunken
The pillows are a bit low and the room smells like smoke which is a drawback of this time.
But overall it will be good

This was my first time in Okayama, and I chose this hotel. They offer free breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is a buffet with both Western and Japanese options, so you can choose what you like. For dinner, there are two choices: a rotating daily set meal or a fixed curry rice dish.
The public bath is a bit small, but it's fine for about four or five people.
The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from Okayama Station. There's a Don Quijote along the way, and plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so there are lots of dining options. Convenience stores are also very close.
The room I stayed in this time was quite spacious, even with my luggage open, there was still plenty of room.
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Okayama.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are about five or six steps right after you enter, which can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Anonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10
