"We always stay here everytime we see the doctor at regency hospital. Just take 5 minutes walking to hospital. The room is nice. Breakfast is good but need to improve the variety. For this time the towel and bedsheet need to change many times, coz it got many stains n looks yellowish. Please pay more attention to all utilities cleanliness. Overall is good, but can be improved to get the best. Next time we'll stay here again. Thank you"

"OK fairly good as usual, v-fast quick check in.. Not much of a fuss, room with window not much of a view though but fair enough spacious nice comfy bed.. Smart TV with lots of channels.. Mall nearby with many eateries surrounding areas are quite peaceful I could say very relaxed feeling & vibe that helps with peaceful sleep. Kudos to the staff of. Lavender inn 👍 I had a pleasant stay.. Sure to be there again someday.."

"I was disappointed with my stay at Havona Hotel Permas Jaya. The room I booked on Agoda was advertised as having a king bed and a window, but when I checked in, I was given a queen bed with no window instead. This was not what I had booked, and it was especially disappointing because those features were part of the reason I chose this hotel. The room itself was acceptable for the price, but receiving a different room than what was advertised left a bad impression. If the booked room type is unavailable, guests should be informed in advance or offered an equivalent alternative or compensation, rather than finding out only upon check-in. I hope the hotel improves the accuracy of its room listings and ensures guests receive the room they reserve."

Overall, thank you to the Renaissance team for another wonderful experience, from the swift check-in process to promptly accommodating our room service request!
