"We always stay here everytime we see the doctor at regency hospital. Just take 5 minutes walking to hospital. The room is nice. Breakfast is good but need to improve the variety. For this time the towel and bedsheet need to change many times, coz it got many stains n looks yellowish. Please pay more attention to all utilities cleanliness. Overall is good, but can be improved to get the best. Next time we'll stay here again. Thank you"

"I recently stayed at Jazz Hotel JB and left with mixed feelings overall. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the parking arrangement. There is a car park available outside the hotel, and the hotel covers the street parking fees for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful and convenient touch that saved me the extra hassle. However, the room did not quite live up to my expectations. I stayed in Room 310, and the actual space looked noticeably different from the photos advertised online. It was a little disappointing to arrive and find that the room did not match what was published. The water heater in the bathroom was another issue I encountered. It only stayed warm for about two minutes, which meant I had to rush through my shower before the water turned cold. This was far from ideal, especially after a long day out. I also found the pillows to be unusually high, which left me waking up with neck pain the next morning. I requested a room change, hoping things would improve, but the second room had a slight unpleasant odour, so it was not much of an improvement either. In conclusion, I would say that Jazz Hotel JB is passable if you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring Johor Bahru and only need the hotel for sleeping. However, if you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, this may not be the ideal choice for you. The experience also seemed to depend heavily on which room you are assigned, as my two rooms were both underwhelming in different ways. Overall, my stay was a half hearted one. It was not bad enough to avoid entirely, but certainly not good enough to rave about either. Let me know if you'd like any further tweaks!"

"The check-in counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room we had -- Rm # 201 was spacious and clean.The bed was very comfortable.The room was surprisingly quiet; maybe it was because it was a cul-de-sac room. Bathroom was basic but clean. The only thing I dislike was the shower head, which had a spray setting so spread out that caused us to take longer to shower. The bidet water pressure so strong that it's 'hard to use. If the hotel could fix these two problems, it would have sweeten the deal even more. The room cost around $37 at the time of my booking. Overall the hotel makes a good choice in this price range for a one to two nights' stay. P.S. The hotel is located very near to Aeon, where an overhead bridge leads to the other side of the road with lots of f&b offerings."

"The room we were given was not good and didn't match our request. We couldn't get a refund or even switch rooms. It was so unsatisfactory, I definitely won't be booking here again. We could even hear snoring from the room next door! Absolutely infuriating."
