"Nice hotel, spacious rooms, warm and friendly staff. Decent breakfast spread. A bit further away from main shopping town but on its own is a wonderful place."
Lavender Inn Permas Jaya ★★
"OK fairly good as usual, v-fast quick check in.. Not much of a fuss, room with window not much of a view though but fair enough spacious nice comfy bed.. Smart TV with lots of channels.. Mall nearby with many eateries surrounding areas are quite peaceful I could say very relaxed feeling & vibe that helps with peaceful sleep. Kudos to the staff of. Aladdin Dream Hotel ★★
"The room smell was unbearable at times and the bed was very itchy to sleep on."
Hotel Legend Boutique ★★★
"Very clean and neat hotel. Saw some review of not having 24hr hot water shower, however I did not experience such issue. Everything is fine during my 2 nights stay. Surrounding have alot of eateries which I have been spoilt by choices. There is also a night Market on every Sunday which is worth going for some street food."

"hotel clean and simple, no fussy. the room space nice fit free milo + coffee drink 24hours"
V3 Hotel & Residence Seri Alam ★★
"The photos look great, but in reality, the place is quite run-down. The paint is even peeling off the walls."
Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru ★★★★
"New hotel and it’s very comfortable. Love to chill at the coffee and bar area for work and catch up. Rooms are huge and clean. And they are attentive to our needs."

Bayvue 2BR Serviced Apartment
"Good in all aspects. Will be back"
Yangtze Home Stay (G-Residence)
"Not recommended at all. Firstly, the key collection was a distance away from the actual apartment. Secondly, on trip.com, it was stated for deposit to be MYR 50, but when we arrived, the staff mentioned that it is MYR 200. When we showed her the screen on trip.com, she said the MYR 50 was for cleaning fee instead. She also insisted that we should do a bank transfer but we couldn’t as we are foreigners. She refused to accept cash nor credit card and claimed that we were making things difficult. The apartment was also not ready when we checked in at 3.30pm when it’s supposed to be ready by 3pm. Her attitude was terrible. She also didn’t give us clear instructions on who to look for at the apartment in order to check in, and we wasted a lot of time trying to find their staff. I insisted to speak to the manager instead, whom apologised and agreed to let us pay the deposit in cash and we agreed on MYR 100. She also offered us late check out since the apartment wasn’t ready. While the manager made some efforts in customer recovery, I will still not recommend as they also claimed that they were not aware that their apartment was listed on trip.com. The apartment was also not cleaned thoroughly, there were strands of hair lying around in the apartment. The sliding doors to the balcony also couldn’t be locked and the balcony was connected to the neighboring units."
Perfect Seaview Sunset- 3BR @ Meridin Bayvue
Atelier Hotel Permas
"A trustworthy brand, and this hotel had been open for less than 10 days when we stayed there. It follows a similar concept to the property in Taman Pelangi, although the rooftop garden was not yet fully completed and renovation work was still ongoing during our visit. The studio room was beautifully designed, modern, and comfortable. However, one issue that the hotel management should address is the bathtub. It is placed directly on the bathroom floor without being securely fixed in place. As a result, it can shift when your weight is not centered, creating a risk of tipping over and causing a fall. Aside from this safety concern, this boutique hotel is highly recommended. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the Sunday night market is within walking distance, making the location very convenient for guests."
Yee Hotel Permas Jaya
"There is a plus for this hotel is their cleaniness. There is an air purifier in the room which is really good. Nearby the hotel , there were quite a lot of restaurants surrounded."
GYDEN STAYCATION #Green Haven near Senibong&Regency
"Okay, but as for the bed linen, some beds didn't have a mattress protector. It wasn't clean there and the TV was subpar; it was very difficult to access Netflix and Google."
