"The bed was comfortable, the shower was workable, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, where is the air conditioner? A fan wasn't the best substitute. Also, some of the curtains at the windows either absented or couldn't close fully. And why the cleaner didn't visit my room?"

"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent."

"The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super"

"Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms may feel a little dated but I found them spacious and incredibly clean. My room even had a small balcony over the street which was a lovely added bonus. Staff were very helpful and pleasant (although in Poland I feel smiling and giving a warm welcome are not in staff handbooks!🤣). I paid extra, 65 zloty (about £13), to have the buffet breakfast, I found it basic but plentiful. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. WiFi has a good connection and was stable. Plenty of public transport available very close to the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again."

"As per previous stays, all was very satisfactory. Great location, convenient for public transport links to all parts of the city and onward travel throughout Poland thanks to proximity to Central railway station and to airport via Srodmiescie railway station which is just across the road. Staff are polite and helpful.Breakfast has many choices and helpings are plentiful. All told the perfect fit for a stay in Warsaw."

"This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver"

Throughout the day, you can get a mug and hot water from the cooler on the ground floor, as there's no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. I would have liked the price per night to be a little lower, especially since the hotel positions itself as budget-friendly..."
