"I made the booking when we hit the road around noon time for the same night. When we arrived after dinner in Dannok, the reception informed us the Twin room is fully booked by the tour bus and I have to cancel the booking due to system over-sold), luckily they still have the double bed available as it was 9pm already. Immediately I book another room after cancel it as agreed with the hotel. Then the reception lady upgrade me to the suite without charges + breakfast for all 3 rooms (which initially was not included in the booking) It's an old hotel but the room was clean and service was good."

The room size is perfectly adequate, the linens are very clean, and the shower water pressure is great (though it's best to bring your own toiletries). "The surroundings is very quiet and peaceful. You can really relaxs your mind and body here. The room are huge. Car park is just beside the unit. Had a good lunch at Zab Inter, nearby the resort. This is my second time at the resort."

Basic facilities like parking and WiFi were available, which was sufficient for our needs. However, the hotel does show signs of aging. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom, and some fixtures seemed a bit worn. It can also get quite noisy at night due to nearby entertainment spots, so light sleepers might find it uncomfortable. Overall, I would say this hotel is suitable for a quick overnight stay or budget trip, but not ideal if you’re looking for comfort or a relaxing environment."

"The room we got was in the middle, it was okay ~ However, I saw 1 small cockroach. Last time, there was 2 (different room, btw) - so I guess the entire area needs to be deep cleaned or it's the wood. The AC remote also doesn't work well, didn't complain since we were only staying for a day. 1 compatible plug for MY adaptors, so really have to take turns if there's 2 of you."
