"Checking in was smooth. ”Pam” the reception has been very helpful providing me the room I needed - a quiet, high floor and city view room. Though the room wasn't available upon my early check in time, she assisted me in storing my luggage at the counter until the room was ready. She also courteously called me when the room was ready. Much thanks to her for her trained skill and professional work attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is awesome. Everything you need is walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay."
