"Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport. The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira."

"Price/performance hotel. The staff are amateur but well-intentioned and ready to help. We came to Erciyes to ski and since the mountain hotels were too expensive, we stayed in the center of Kayseri and made the round trip, 28 km away from the mountain. The missing items in the room were brought quickly and without objection. The breakfast was average in taste and sufficient."

"I stayed on the 11th floor, but we were woken up by extremely loud music at 1:30 AM. Apparently, there was a wedding. Our night was ruined despite being exhausted from travel at that late hour. We stayed in Kayseri, Ibis, and went skiing in Erciyes. Transfer from the hotel to Erciyes is 350 lira per person per day. It was expensive for us. The hotel said that there is no public transport from Kayseri to Erciyes. Of course, this is not true. We found a minibus, there and back 120 lira / person."
