Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage surpassed my expectations with its enchanting golf view and impeccable service. The rooms, offering both comfort and stunning panoramas, set the stage for a relaxing retreat. Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

When I arrived earlier, I got early check in. I choose junior suite room and its big, clean, and excellent design. Then also all staff excellent perform and helpful. Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

we had a great experience staying at el royal . all the crews were so nice and helpful . The breakfast was amazing too . The parking are spacious . Our room also comfortable too. This is our 2nd time staying here . Will comeback here for sure.

The location is not too busy area, surrounded with government officers and quite a green area and not too noisy. There is Matahari Mall at the back of the hotel and nearby mosque and church. Its is so convenient to jog or morning walk. To go tourist point is easy. The breakfast is varieties and tasteful. The lift a bit congested since during my stay, there were Wedding expo in the hotel hall.

Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.
