"Spent 2 nights here including new year'' eve. Got. Good viw of the city during the fireworks display. Rooms and hallways are very spacious. Linens and beds are comfy. Have discounts at luk foo. Got to use their pool as well. Good stay here for families. Kudos to the hotel workers who spent their new year at work!"

"We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to."

"Look no further, I would say it is the best hotel in Bacolod. Had a great stay here. the studio apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. We slept very well, and fresh linen which we all love !. Gym was good, and the swimming pool was 5 stars, Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and very yummy. Staff were all very polite and willing to please. Will be back !"
