"My wife and I had another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We always book a Privilege room as we love the eating at all the restaurants and the private lounge and sun bed areas. As always the food at all the restaurants are amazing our favourites being the Gaudi for breakfast and the brasserie but they are all great. The hotel has such a lovely chilled atmosphere and even though it was 90% full there are always loads of sunbeds available even if you go down later in the morning. They have done so many improvements over the last few years, upgrading all the rooms and opening two new al a carte restaurants, Sakura the teppanyaki and Il Trastevere Italian which are both a great addition. All these things are great but as always the thing for us that makes our stays so special are all the amazing staff who are all so friendly from cleaners to management always greet you with a smile. Special thanks to Kathleen at guest relations, Marta and her team at the Gaudi who is so lovely to us also Africa and her team at the brasserie restaurant who always makes us feel special. We genuinely feel sad when we leave but am already looking forward to our next visit."

"The staff is very friendly! The location is right next to a large cement plant, but you can't hear it. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. The view from the hotel pool is okay, but the deck is outdated. The view from the separate club is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The accommodation is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A very strong cleaner (chlorine?) was used for cleaning our room, which caused nausea because the smell was almost impossible to ventilate. However, the cleanliness was excellent. You have your own relaxation area and very good parking facilities. All in all, it's a great stay during the week because individual loungers in the club are free for guests. On weekends, you have to pay for them, and since the two pools are so different, I think that's a real shame. But that's just how it is, and you should keep that in mind beforehand."

"We stayed in the adult only part buganvillas, we had a ground floor room with terrace. Room was great plenty of room air on included. The hotel is lovely very quiet and relaxing. It's directly opposite the Europa centre but you don't get the noise at night! We've already booked to go back. Definitely recommend staying here. Lovely cocktails from the bar. We stayed self catering but everyone said the food was good."

"A great hotel , we had a wonderful week of sunshine . Food and drinks offering are really good , lots of choice . Room very spacious, balcony huge . Pool towels included . Entertainment team and shows kept us entertained. No air con in restaurant , can get very warm but you can sit outside lots of tables and chairs to choose from . Would definitely come back ….."

"This hotel was amazing, clean, so many things to do, access to all pool, they even have a wellness centre. View is amazing. The only thing is, their double bed, contains of two single beds, which becomes quite uncomfortable as they move around, pillows fall between gaps, they are not stable."

"Location was perfect - we were based in Madpalomas - short hop to the beach a beautiful lighthouse - free shuttle bus was provided daily - last bus back was 5.30 - so convenient! We did walk to the beach on the evening which only took us 20 minutes. The rooms were fantastic - seperate living area with sofa fridge safe and huge TV. Bedroom was a great size and bathroom was larger than normal with bath and shower. Rooms were cleaned daily by Alexandra and fresh towels were always available. The staff were all really friendly and no issue was too small - they were always happy to help especially Laura on reception,- thank you for the use of the shower room in our late checkout. Entertainment was fab especially Lion King production - every night the team put on a great show! We stayed to watch the performances every night and we don't usually do that! Good food was always available and it was varied and plentyful and the Canarian night was fab with live music and staff all dressed up in traditional costumes! We went half board - drinks were reasonably priced . Highly recommend Sioux City for one of the funniest live shows ever - it's probably one of the best shows we've been to - even better that ones we saw in the American west."
