However, the service did not like that during the rest the dirty work was performed ( for example, at the pool cosili grass ) at the lunchtime when everything at the pool was not after . "Such a lovely hotel. I dare say its stars should be higher. The staff were all amazing, the cleaners made sure the room were spotless, the bar staff were lovely and front reception were a joy. My room was delightful and I never once felt unsafe. The pool area was always tidy. The vibes were exactly what I wanted not dead but not rowdy, as a solo traveler I did seem like everyone was a couple but I’d much prefer that to big loud groups. Only down side is it’s very hilly of an area, it didn’t bother me but people who might not want to get their steps in, just be aware and you can taxi for 4 euro from town"

"I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

Really nice views of the ocean, plenty of different places to sit throughout the week, very relaxed area with a few bars around too and nice walks. Food and drinks were really nice and diverse so something for everyone. Very pretty hotel with lots of plants. Rooms were very nice and cleaned very well. A good spot for any group or age, plenty of older and younger people all enjoying it. Amazing overall thank you to all the staff !!!!"

"The staff is very friendly! The location is right next to a large cement plant, but you can't hear it. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. The view from the hotel pool is okay, but the deck is outdated. The view from the separate club is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The accommodation is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A very strong cleaner (chlorine?) was used for cleaning our room, which caused nausea because the smell was almost impossible to ventilate. However, the cleanliness was excellent. You have your own relaxation area and very good parking facilities. All in all, it's a great stay during the week because individual loungers in the club are free for guests. On weekends, you have to pay for them, and since the two pools are so different, I think that's a real shame. But that's just how it is, and you should keep that in mind beforehand."

"Great apartments only downfall was the door in the rooms , single door linking rooms could hear everything that was going on next door with a quite a cap which was annoying especially when neighbours get a bit loud . Considering the noise that came from across from the centre we got a noise complaint for laughing Pool staff and entertainment staff always friendly and always had great fun and laugh with them all"

Only 10 mins to the beach ( but you do need to climb 100 steps, but I don’t think you can escape that if you stay in Peurto Rico!!) and about the same distance to the shopping centre where all the restaurants are. A great holiday and would return."

"Stayed at this hotel with a friend for ten days. From the first moment we entered the reception until the minute we left we felt welcome. The staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and professional. We had a junior suite which was clean, roomy and comfortable. The food was amazing with something for everyone. The deserts were very tempting and delicious. There was entertainment around the pool area if you wanted to join in and the evening shows were good. There was also a separate piano bar if you wanted something a little more sedate. A free shuttle to nearby Morgan was a nice touch and the service buses were a short walk away and easy to use if you wanted to go further. Puerto rico only took 15 or 20 minutes and cost one euro forty each way. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for 10 nights with a large group of family, had a wonderful time. After reading previous reviews I was a little worried before arriving but need not have. Staff are so helpful and friendly, very clear how hard everyone works to keep things moving and keep the hotel clean. Rooms were nice and spacious, cleaned every day and sheets changed whenever you want them. Air con was poor in our room but other family members it was better. Entertainment team were good , we really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, also enjoyed the entertainment in the bar in the evenings. Drinks were good, pre-made cocktails were a little sweet for me but beer and spirits were good. Food was delicious, Mexican night was great, lots of options every night for all tastes. We would definitely return, overall a great stay."
