"Everything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return."

"When I booked the room, I paid for a king-size bed, but they gave me a double size room without any explanation. I complained and asked for the king-size bed, and they reluctantly gave it to me. However, the room had a terrible smell, and the TV was broken and wouldn't turn on. I was extremely dissatisfied."
