"The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Buenos Aires, close to the main attractions. The room is clean and includes a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, a TV, good Wi-Fi, and air conditioning with both heating and cooling. The only downside is the very small shower and toilet. There weren't enough towels for two people, and they weren't changed for three days. The hotel's central location makes it a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. It's a good option for the price."

"The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of Palermo. It is around a 15-20 minute drive to Airport AEP and walking distance to the Palermo Subte station with lots of good cafes and restaurants around. It is also located in a safe area. Everything was cleanly maintained and the apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen. There was a laundry room to use for free in the basement that includes washers and dryers, though they are often occupied so there may be some need to set aside time to wait for a machine to become available. Communications were done on WhatsApp and everything was very clear from start to finish, including instructions for entering the building and the room. Housekeeping services were also communicated through WhatsApp in terms of timing. Check-in and check-out procedures were no frills and very manageable. Overall, given the location and the state of the room (with a quiet balcony), the value of the stay was excellent."

"I had a great stay at Deluxe Apartments in Downtown by BueRentals. The check in process was smooth and easy, and the location is excellent, very central and just a few blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires, which made getting around the city really convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and the amenities met all my needs. One thing I really appreciated was that they were able to hold my bags after checkout since I had a late flight, that made a big difference. I also want to give a special mention to Julia, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made the whole process seamless. The building also felt secure, with controlled access for entry and exit. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"The reception staff were extremely helpful, the location is fantastic with the surrounding area full of bars, plazas and restaurants. Many attractions are walking distance. The room itself, it's more like a small apartment, was terrific... plenty of space to hang out in if you didn't feel like eating out every night (we didn't) and all of the expected amenities."

"The restaurant below is outstandingly delicious. The appearance was difficult to understand because the color changed. I was dropped off a little earlier and searched for it, probably because the address was off even in a taxi. It was difficult to understand because there was no hotel sign."

"Most of the hotel staff are very friendly and happy to help you solve your problems, but the colleagues in the housekeeping department seemed to have not cleaned the floor, and the paper scraps on the floor were still in the room! Although the room is big, there is not enough space to hang things, so we had to hang them on the top of the TV. The hotel even sent us a warning letter, telling us not to hang things on the top of the TV! This is the first time we have received such a letter! The restaurant and breakfast buffet are both OK!"
