Service was prompt. Bed soft and very comfortable. The coffee machine is a bit slow but works. Good hot chocolate sachet provided daily. Uk tap water in Tasmania is portable so no bottled water is provided unless u want to pay for the minibar water at $7 a bottle. Guest gets 10% off bill when u eat at Gigi diner at the ground floor."
