"The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud."

"Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise. Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature. Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame. I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!"

"The apartment has an excellent view, small bedrooms with tiny bathrooms. Service was not pleasant, Grace was not very responsive, and stopped replying messages after we checked out. The front desk can not provide luggage storage because this is an Airbnb type of rental, and you need to walk 2 blocks to the office where Grace can store the luggage. If you are not looking for any help or service, this is not a bad deal. Otherwise, get a hotel room."

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"

"I like the location as it’s close to tram, water and shopping centre. The laundry is very handy and I felt as a solo traveller during my entire stay there. The best part for me is that the area is not crowded. You can go out even late night and have some drinks beside the river with nice views."

"Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $."

"The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . ."
