"Pros: Great location near the harbor with beautiful views, and convenient transportation. The cabinets and kitchenware are fully equipped and very easy to use! However, the bathroom needs some improvement: 1. The shower only has an overhead rain shower, no handheld spray, which is not very convenient to use. 2. There's no clothesline or drying rack on the wall, so there's nowhere to hang towels or washed clothes. 3. The toilet lid doesn't have a soft-close mechanism, so it closes quickly and heavily with a loud bang. 4. It would be great to add a soap dish; otherwise, the soap slides around and gets soggy when left on the sink."

"This is the best place I've ever stayed at, offering great value for money. It has a kitchen, a dining table, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a small garden area – I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Plus, there's a car park nearby with a maximum charge of ¥20. It's also super convenient for getting to the city center by subway, and it's right by the sea – simply unbeatable!"

"The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . ."

"The apartment was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family of three. It came with a full set of kitchen items, plus a dishwasher and oven, which made cooking easy. The view was lovely, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. On the downside, the dryer was dirty and could use better upkeep. Overall, a pleasant stay with great space and amenities, though some maintenance improvements would make it even better."

"Exceptional Waterfront Stay – Highly Recommended I stayed at The Sebel Melbourne Docklands for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna. The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return. Highly recommended. ✨"

"It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient."
