"The hardware is all good – transportation, rooms, and facilities are fine. However, the software is terrible, even bottom-tier. Software issue 1: Self-check-in machine. It's 2026, AI has been updated countless times, yet Radisson is still using a system with an extremely unfriendly interface, repetitive operations, and painfully slow response times, forcing guests to manually input endless information. The worst part is that the room assigned by the system, supposedly ready, was completely uncleaned upon arrival. After half an hour of hassle, I still had to check in manually. The department responsible for developing this system should be fired – it's utterly foolish. Software issue 2: Manual service. There's no concept of service whatsoever; just cold, impersonal queuing. From 6 to 8 PM, the lobby queue never cleared, filled with confused guests at the self-check-in machines or waiting in line for manual service. With such low efficiency, how does management optimize anything? The picture shows the room assigned the first time."

"The apartment is abit far from train station, but walkable to a bus station about 6mins. I think the room is fine, kitchen also well equipped. However, the worst of this hotel is their management. There is no reception at all even you reached on check in time 3pm. You have to install app Flexipass to retrieve digital room key using a code. However he hotel just sent the code and the checkin instruction 1 hour before the checkin time. They could do better like sending the instructions and code 1 week before."

"Excellent stay at Vision Apartments, Zurich. It was my first experience with self check-in and contactless service but honestly it was very smooth and I really liked this concept. You have to do online check in with their e mail message and get your codes in advance which I practically did. Rooms are exactly as described. Very neat and clean property. Centrally located on the train and tram stop with only 10-15 mins connectivity with main Zurich Central station as well as Airport. We went to Rine Falls,boat rides ,old town and also Mt.Rigi from there only. We did not took breakfast so no comments on it but they have full fledged Bar/Restro and Breakfast with extra charge (17.5 chf) available with luxurious sitting area on top floor. BEST was the huge shared kitchen along with Restaurant with Electric Ovens, Electric Gas , all pots and pans, dish washer etc. I cooked all my meals for us during my 3 days stay. Infact I cooked the meals and took for full day excursions. COOP is adjacent to this property and more stores also. Fridge,Hot Kettle and microwave, plus cutlery available in my room. Huge seating area free for all beside Shared kitchen . You can sit there eat and enjoy with your family and friends. Affordable and best property in Zurich with all these facilities.. simply Osm and my best booking.😍"
