The room was spacious and spotless, and they provided good quality disposable towels and bath towels. The pillows and duvet covers were also very clean. The service was excellent; the concierge immediately responded to and resolved any issues. Even though I visited on a rainy day after a typhoon, my hotel experience was great. Lying in bed, watching the sea view, was very comfortable."

"The hotel's environment and service are very good, and I'm a repeat customer (I've come here to take the exam twice. The hotel is in a relatively central area. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Longfeng Night Market, Huizhou West Lake, and Aju Zong Street. The street is very convenient, and the bus is only 10 minutes away. The service attitude is also very good, and most of the requests are solved. I like the open balcony! (The false windows in some hotels are very frustrating. The room itself is clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy decor. Every bedroom has a sea-view window, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves right from your bed – it's incredibly therapeutic. The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's super convenient to buy fresh and affordable seafood at the market nearby. You can bring it back and easily prepare a delicious feast right in your room. Plus, the coastal greenway is right next door. Rent a bike and leisurely cycle along, enjoying the endless mountain and sea scenery. Biking with the sea breeze is so comfortable, you won't want to go home. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The check-in instructions were clear, they answered all our questions, and even provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. I've definitely added this place to my 'stay again and again' list – I'll be back here next time I visit the coast!"

"The apartment is conveniently located in Kaisa Center, with many restaurants downstairs. Kaisa Plaza is next door, featuring a shopping mall and numerous restaurants, making it easy to walk around. Since we arrived at the apartment early, the young man was very kind and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness needs improvement; the cleaning was insufficient, and the room had a strong smell of smoke, causing us considerable respiratory discomfort. Hopefully, this can be addressed."
