"Our stay at Citadines Xuzhou on the evening of April 5th, while passing through Xuzhou, was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's facilities are not only high-end but also immaculately maintained, looking practically brand new. The underground parking lot on B1 was very convenient for charging our electric car, offering both slow and fast chargers. Since we arrived in Xuzhou a bit late after visiting the peony exhibition in Heze, the hotel thoughtfully called us to check on our travel plans and safety, which was a very nice touch! A special shout-out to Ms. Li, the front desk manager that evening. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful in resolving a major issue with our room. We are so grateful! 🙏🙏 If we ever get the chance to visit Xuzhou again, we will definitely choose Citadines Xuzhou – a truly top-tier hotel in terms of both hardware and service. Without a doubt! "A family of three with a child stayed there. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and water easily leaked out. There was no mop or floor mat in the room, so we had to dry it ourselves, which was impossible. The floor was very slippery when showering. Last night, the child slipped and scraped his leg while using the toilet, crying loudly. Luckily, he didn't hit his head, so I didn't pursue the matter. I gave the business feedback and they sent me an 8.8 yuan red envelope. Fortunately, their attitude was okay. Also, the air conditioner wasn't very effective; it's an old one, and even at 30 degrees Celsius, the room wasn't very warm."
